All you need is your Garmin vívoactive 3 smartwatch and a credit card from Cembra Money Bank .

Setting up Garmin Pay™
To set up Garmin Pay™, all you need to do is download the Garmin Connect Mobile App to your smartphone and follow the instructions on the vívoactive 3 smartwatch page to add your credit card from Cembra Money Bank. This also includes the creation of a four-digit identification code.

Press and hold down the button on your vívoactive 3 smartwatch in order to open the main menu.

Tap the vívoactive 3 credit card icon and enter the four-digit code if you are prompted to do so.

Select the desired credit card and move the front of your smartwatch close to the card reader. Once the transaction has been completed, your smartwatch will vibrate and show a check mark.

Is paying with Garmin Pay™ secure? expand_more
Yes it is. When using Garmin Pay™, your data is protected through tokenisation and payment authorisation procedures. Tokenisation means that when you link your credit card to Garmin Pay™, a token is created which is referenced to your Cembra Money Bank credit card. This token is encrypted when used in the payment process, keeping your data secure. In the payment authorisation step, you are additionally asked to enter your four-digit PIN. You enter the PIN code when you put on the watch. The PIN is valid for 24 hours as long as you do not take the watch off your wrist. The PIN code must be entered again after the sooner of the two.

No. Once Garmin Pay™ is set up, you can make payments directly from your Garmin vívoactive 3 Smartwatch.

Yes, all Cembra Money Bank credit cards can be linked.
Can I delete a credit card from the Garmin Pay™ app? expand_more
Yes, you can always delete or temporarily deactivate an associated credit card. To do so, go to your account and tap the Smartwatch icon. Via the Garmin Wallet you can then search for the associated credit card you wish to change. You have the following options:
The “Deactivate” option disables the card for usage
The “Delete” option completely removes the card in the app
The card data will then be deleted from the watch the next time you sync your Garmin vívoactive 3 smartwatch.
I have lost my Garmin vívoactive 3 smartwatch. What do I need to do? expand_more
Please contact our customer service immediately at: +41 44 439 40 20 . You can also deactivate your credit cards in the Garmin Pay™ app via “Delete” within your Garmin Wallet. Note: Deleting the card in your account does not mean that your actual credit card is blocked. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or theft.
I have lost my credit card. What do I need to do? expand_more
Please contact our customer service immediately at: +41 44 439 40 20 . In addition, you should delete the card from inside the Garmin Pay™ app. You can do this via your Garmin Wallet.
