In the event of an insured claim, the insurance company will take over your monthly payments and you will also receive a cash sum of CHF 500. The monthly payments will be made directly to Cembra Money Bank to cover your current leasing or credit agreement. The additional cash sum of CHF 500 will be transferred to an account of your choice. The payments will be made regardless of any other insurance proceeds.

No. The insurance proceeds which are paid out do not need to be paid back
What do I need to do if I need to make a claim? expand_more
You can register your claim directly with the AXA Versicherungen AG, General-Guisan-Strasse 40, 8400 Winterthur, Tel. +41 (0) 848 00 03 98 . You will then be told how to proceed. Please have your agreement number ready.

How can I cancel Payment Protection Insurance Plus? expand_more
You can write to us to cancel Payment Protection Insurance Plus free of charge within 30 days of the start of insurance cover. Please send your cancellation directly to Cembra Money Bank AG, Bändliweg 20, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland.
Payment Protection Insurance Plus may be cancelled 30 days after the start of cover giving at least 30 days notice to the end of the month. Notification in writing must also be sent to the address mentioned above.
How much will I pay for Payment Protection Insurance Plus expand_more
The premium for your Payment Protection Insurance Plus is charged on the basis of your monthly financing payment and the cash sum insured. You pay your insurance premium along with your monthly financing payment.

Monthly financing payment: CHF 650.-
Payment Protection Insurance Plus: CHF 75.90 (CHF 42.90 (6.6% of the financing payment) plus CHF 33 (6.6% of the insured cash sum of CHF 500))
